Power Engineering sounds very good ,very attractive for those who want to do something for the world.
and the scholarship is very attractive as well.
but the scholarship application is ONLY for UK or EU students.

whether you are going to read it or not, it's up to your interest.
for me, i would be open-minded at the moment to see how things goes, and then decide what i am going to do in the third year.

I am reading electronic engineering.

don't know what to do for my specialisation in third and forth year.
