JOB TITLE: Software Test Engineer Lead

DEPARTMENT: MSN China Development Center (MSN CDC)

MSN China Development Center (MSN CDC) is a dedicated MSN product and service development group located in Shanghai, China. The center is an extension of MSN core product development teams. It provides development resources for projects across MSN, and promotes and manages MSN core product development outsourcing to China. MSN CDC will also be the technical arm of MSN China joint venture, and it identifies China market opportunities and leads innovation by developing compelling products to quickly respond to China market demands.

Member Experience (MX) team at MSN CDC is looking for an experienced Test lead who can plan, test, design, develop, and deliver MX in great quality. In this role you will build and manage a team of 3-5 STE/SDET’s. Core Job resp##被过滤##ibilities include but are not limited to leading a team resp##被过滤##ible for writing and executing test plans & cases, developing automation / test tools to enable testing, and also communicating with MSN core product development teams and external partners.

Requirements

1. Deep understanding of Internet services, Microsoft platform technologies, and MSN products and services;

2. At least four years of software testing experiences with full release cycles of major software and Internet products;

3. Dem##被过滤##trated ability to provide strong leadership and collaboration across different groups in Microsoft;

4. Great communication and relati##被过滤##hip building skills;

5. Proven ability to test a large scale system architecture with Microsoft technologies.

Qualificati##被过滤##

1. Dem##被过滤##trable experience with C++/C#, XML, ASP.NET and .NET Frameworks;

2. Familiarity with DHTML, SOAP, XML, and Microsoft SQL Server;

3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills;

4. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent is required, and MS/MBA degree is preferred;

5. Fluent in Chinese, and preferably previous work experience in China.
