Individual counselling sessi##被过滤## are provided so that candidates can discuss in private any aspect of their application to the University. The reception in Shanghai is a popular, free and informal event that we offer each year. It allows former students and future students to meet each other. This year my co-host at the event will be Professor Andrew Pettigrew, Dean of the School of Management. Professor Pettigrew will also attend the presentation at the British Council in Beijing on the evening of 15 March. Please contact the appropriate British Council office to confirm attendance at any of these events. I realise that some of you may no longer be in China, or will not be able see me in one of these four cities. Do not worry. I will visit China again in the summer to conduct pre-departure briefings and the University will keep in contact with all applicants who have been made an offer of admission through emails and mailings.
