Samsung Beijing R&D center was setup in October of 2000. So far, we have around 670 engineers who are contributing Samsung business of mobile phone, multimedia, cloud system and radio communication fields.

Comparing other Samsung branches, our institute's focus is on technology field, especially for multimedia technology. Our developed technology like Chinese handwriting input has been successfully introduced to Samsung mobile phone saled in Asia region.
