　　这个节目里的死亡案例都是真人真事，大部分是以案件重演的方式呈现给观众，有少部分则是实况录像，一集大概20来分钟，包含5、6个死亡实例，有恐怖的，有离奇的，有倒霉的，也有很笨蛋的，而且每个案例都会请来不少相关学者做专业解说，深入分析死因，知识性很强。
