[B]Position: General Manager[/B] (Ref. 2003-GM)
Resp##被过滤##ibilities:
The General Manager reports to The Director and is resp##被过滤##ible for the overall direction and the administration of the company’s products and services. This includes:
1) Assume overall management resp##被过滤##ibilities including implementing company objectives, strategies, business plans, and policies;
2) Defining annual operational plans and budget;
3) Lead the company with the supporting team of managers, ensuring the appropriate quality assurance, customer satisfaction and process controls are in place, ensure compliance with all statutory regulati##被过滤## and strive for industry best practice, capable of training & delegating staff;
4) Manage and negotiate with local companies according to company guidelines;
5) Co-ordinate sales, marketing and production activities, manage and control expenditure to ensure sustainable and profitable growth;
6) Hands on corporate professional experience in management.
Requirements:
1) Integrity, loyalty and honesty;
2) Strong proven leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate the team
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and sound negotiation skills, prior experience of working with US retail chains would be plus
