hello! I will be moving abroad in mid Jan and need someone to take over my room. The rent for the room costs £212.5/mth with additional house bills coming up to roughly £10-20 a mth depending on gas usuage.

The house is on 4 Primrose road, Swaything. And is literally 2 min walk to the Co-op, Stiles inn, etc. It is exactly a 5 min walk to the library and interchange on southampton university campus. The area is completely safe, and i've had no problems in the past 4 mths i've lived here.

The room itself is very spacious with a double bed and small closet. If wanted, i can leave the room fully furnished for £60 extra (c##被过滤##isting of a duvet + 3 quality pillows + clean bed linen + standing lamp + desk lamp + laundry bag & detergent + kettle & jug + full set kitchen utensils + small personal heater + iron + digital clock/radio). This is in addition to the desk, 2 chests of drawers & bed already in the room.

My housemates c##被过滤##ist of 1 indian boy, and 2 chinese boys. My landlord is a very nice man
