我去年毕业的，毕业证成绩单啥的申请之前就是完整的
收到liverpool的 con-offer
con的条件如下：
IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0) or equivalent qualification or successful completion of the appropriate pre-sessional English language course please refer to the website http://www.liv.ac.uk/english-language-centre/eap/for further details'
（关于这条我的理解是雅思要达到总分6.5，单科6；不然就顺利通过语言班）

Present your agent with original documents (not photocopies or scanned copies) which provide verification of successfully completed qualifications'
（关于这条我就不太理解是怎么个意思了，求解）

然后就是关于ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS，有这么句话：
If you have applied to us using an international representative (agent) it is not necessary for you to send these to us, however you must show your international representative these documents for verification.（说如果有国际代理人，可以不用寄毕业证，我是找中介做的，中介就是国际代理人吗，求解）
