前辈我的conditionaloffer请指教

我的conditional offer要我：
。a minimum 7 inielts or 627 in toefl。
。in addition to the above you must attend and successfully complete，with a score of 70% or better，a five week pre-sessional english course at university language center。
意思是？我必须toefl 627才可过去读语言，语言课考试的成绩还需70%orbetter，否则就得go home？我没到627，没戏了？bristol or durham，whose law is better，which choice you make？please help
