留学生在英国看病常用短语：

急诊室-A&E（A and E：Accident and Emergency）

医院-Hospital

诊所-Doctor’s Surgery；Clinic

全科医生-GP （全称General Practitioner）

我身体不舒服-I don’t feel well; I feel ill

我眼睛疼-（一只眼）My eye hurts；（两只眼） My eyes hurt.

我牙疼-My teeth hurt.

我肚子疼-My stomach hurts.

我的背疼-My back hurts.

我想吐-I feel sick；I feel like I’m going to be sick

我把肌肉拉伤了-I’ve pulled a muscle.

我把腰扭伤了-I’ve pulled my waist；I’ve pulled my lower back；I’ve sprained my lower back.

我想戒烟-I want to quit smoking.

比如：你按它的时候疼吗？

7、它让你感到不舒服吗？

a) I’m going to give you a prescription for…you need to take this to the pharmacy to collect your medicine.

b) I’m going to give you a prescription for…you need to take this to the pharmacy to buy your medicine.

10、你对什么东西过敏吗？

Is there anything you’re allergic to? ; Do you have any allergies?

11、医生给你开药的话，可能会问问题判断你是否可以免费拿药。

比如：

a) 你多大？

How old are you?

b) 你还在上学吗？

Are you still in full-time education?

免费拿药主要的条件是：年龄未满十六岁；年龄在十六到十八岁之间而且还在上学；你年龄满六十岁；你是孕妇或者在过去十二个月生孩子；你身体状态为比较弱或者有障碍。

因此，一般人是享受不到免费拿药的优待的。

12、我需要把你交给……治疗。

I’m going to refer you to … for treatment.

比如：我需要把你交给耳鼻喉医生治疗。

I’m going to refer you to an eyes, nose and throat doctor for treatment.

13、医院会跟你联系，通知你上医院的时间。

The hospital will contact you regarding your appointment.

医院会跟你联系安排一个时间去看病。

The hospital will contact you to arrange an appointment.

TIPS:

NHS Walk-in Centres

如果同学们的病情不严重，就可直接去NHS提供的Walk-in Centres。因为不需要提前预约。其服务包括：

诊治感染和皮疹

检测血压

诊治不严重骨折和裂伤

提供紧急避孕药和信息

诊断肚子疼、呕吐或腹泻等症状

缓解花粉病的症状

治疗虫子和动物的咬伤

治疗小伤口和淤青

治疗非严重性烧伤扭伤

提供戒烟支持和指导

NHS Walk-in Centres在一定的程度上给了英国人以及生活在英国的留学生另一种看病的渠道。有时候去这种医疗中心比去自己家附近的诊所方便。不过，如果有长期性的问题，需要进一步治疗，就得去你注册的诊所看你的GP（全科医生）。
