交完学费的请进来帮帮小女子的忙

1OFFER中关于交学费中有这么一段：by bank transfer to national westminster bank plc,university fo surrey branch(sort cade 60-09-50),quoting the reference'pgfees' and your name in full. the account to be credited is the university of surrey,account no.ls8080718. applicants paying by this method should return the postgraduate offer accptance form and enclose a copy of the bank transfer informatioN。他们指的是把前汇到这个银行后再把ACCPTANCE FORM 和银行转帐的单子寄回去吗？我的ACCPTANCE FORM早就和住宿单子一起寄走了，而且现在寄出到那边也要老长时间了我该怎么付学费类？

是我我在交了学费后他们才会处理住宿的事情吗？
