收到email通知了,但是3个星期后还没收到offer letter

5月6日的时候收到南安ECS里MRs Sue Ganney发的email,标题是: MSc OFFER LETTER on its way School of Electronics and Computer Science -Southampton‏.里面说一个星期之内会收到offer letter,如果过了两个星期还没有到的话就email通知.
可是都三个星期了,还没见到影.会不会出什么问题啊?我当时申请的时候没寄英语成绩,所以现在心里很着急.不会最后不给offer了吧?
很好奇offer上会写什么.

You need to ask them whether the English transcript is an issue and whether the offer letter is on the deliverying way. If you are urgent to the answer, call them. You can also check with the post office.

The offer letter confirms you are a student in **** to **** academic year. When and where you should register. Something like that.

I get my IELTS test result: overall 6   listening 6.5   reading 7  writting 5   speaking 5.5. But the university requires a score of 6.5.  Should I notify the university?

I don't think that is a formal email. It said 'I will be sending by email scanned and also by post.' But it have not mentioned about the time. Did it say you would receive an unconditional offer or a conditional offer? If it did not, you need to ask. This is quite important. As English examination results is a obligatory part of an application if English is not your first language. Generally, if the applicant did not achieve the standard, he/she will be required to attend the pre-sessional language course. If I were you, I would let them know my IELTS result. They love honest pers##被过滤##. As you got 6.0 in IELTS, it is good enough for applying a degree study. No worries.

Yes, I am a current student in Southampton, not in School of Electronics and Computer Science unfortunately. We have Chinese students Union here and it gives your the strong support.

The new term will begin on 2rd October. You still have time. I understand your feelings, however, do not worry too much. You will gain what you deserve.
