非211大学毕业，成绩76，生物工程专业，相关行业工作3年，IELTS没考，不知能申请什么档次的学校？

各位大牛能给推荐几个学校专业么？

Your 3-year working experience will provide a lot of strength somehow, I guess.

yeah, brady is right, aim at the higher the better.
And you need to think about the location as well as the university.
for me i want to live in a nice city, the university is not too important.

然后再根据情况选择。我觉得学校比城市重要，当然城市也是一个需要考虑的因素。

如果你对读博士感兴趣，本科毕业在这边也可以直接申请博士的，不过奖学金就不是那么容易申请的。不管怎么样，亚斯是一定需要的吧，否则没办法证明你的英文水平。

英语还得好好补补，今年要是不行的话，明年也行
