求房子啦!!!!

我们现3个人,求3或4个人的房子,要求离学校10分钟步行以内,有较好卫生设施,我们从2008年10月起租,最好是能租到09年6月底,当然如果房子比较满意,我们会续租知道2010年.房租的话面谈..
we've got three people now,and we're looking for a house for 3 or 4 people to live in, we request the distance from the house to university is maximum 10 min by walking,in addition, the house is clean and has a good condition of hyginen,we'll rent it from october of 2008 to the end of june of 2009, certainly, if we find the house satisfired us ,we definately will continue to rent it until we graduate in 2010.
