This fast-track development programme will last for 12 months. If you’re successful you’ll start work for Tesco in China this September. Then you’ll spend six to nine months in the UK in your chosen business area, before making a permanent move to China to complete your programme.

The programme will equip you with both the specialist technical skills and leadership skills you need to excel in your business area. Whichever area you work in you’ll have all the training and professional development you need – not to mention early resp##被过滤##ibility. So you’ll be ready for all the challenges ahead.

Show us your drive, determination and passion for working in Retail. Not to mention an ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and adaptability to other cultures. What’s more, you’ll have, or be expecting, at least a 2:1 degree (or eqivalent) in any discipline. And you’ll need to be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
