I am new to Portsmouth and I don't have any friend in this city.
I major in Electronics and Computer Science.

Renting private house is cheaper than living in campus halls. You can get the list from the housing department. It is better if you have some friends to looking for a house together. The landlords love group renting. And you won't willing to live with all strangers. First step, get friends.
