A Housemate wanted

The house is on Burgess Road with 3 bedrooms, a massive kitchen and a bathroom. There's a bus stop in front of the house and
a convenient shop nearby, about 10 mins to the Uni.

The room will be available is on the second floor about 15M2 with a lovely and comfy sofa; a desk; a mint condition wardrobe;
a chest; multi-use shelves and a single bed.

A new gas cooker will be brought into the kitchen, and brand new carpet will be fitted in the corridor.

The room will be available on 1st Jul, and a whole year's contract is preferred.
