5、Promote and sell Grainger as an employer of choice to passive candidates.
6、Ability to plan, asses, and contribute to business plans as they relate to staffing needs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in HR related;
- above 2 years working experience in recruitment in multinational company ,rich experience in evaluating candidates is a plus;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex operating environment;
- Strong communication skills, able to influence others;
- Excellent in spoken and written English;
- Motivated, results-driven personality, team player.
