我的情况：拉夫堡大学，奖学金2000P，句
昨天我是第一个被叫到14号签证室，一位白人中年妇女，我坐下后说：
ME:Good morning ,madam. Thank you for interviewing me.
VO: English or Chinese?
ME: I prefer English.
VO: Why do you go to UK?
ME: I want to pursue a master degree in Multimedia and Internet Computing in Loughborough University.
VO: for how long?
ME: one year
VO: Why UK?
ME: a master degree from UK ‘s top 10 universities is quite prestigious in China, esp in the southwest of china. it can greatly increase my competitive power here in china, And Iwant to take the advantage of pure English language atmosphere in UK, because most information about CS are written in English, it will obviously enhance my career opportunities if I could get better communication with the experts in this field all over the world. Furthermore, it takes only one year in UK to finish my master degree study while takes at least two years in or in US. at my age, time is everything.
VO: Why not US?
ME: well, it takes only one year in UK to finish my master degree study while takes at least two years in or in US. And UK is more friendly to our international student, the atmosphere there is very well.
VO: Why choose Loughborough University?
ME: because the CS department in Loughborough University has very good reputation. As early as 1969, the introduced the first hounor degree in Computing.
VO: Have you applied other university?
ME: yes. The university of Southampton.
VO: Why only these two university?
ME: Pardon?
VO: Why only these two university? There are hundreds of other universities?
ME: well, they are recommended by my professor, president of my Alma Mater, southwest china normal university. He is a senior member of IEEE in US.
VO: are you marred?
ME: yes.
VO: have you any children?
ME: No, we just held our wedding party at the very beginning of 2003.the first day of 2003.
VO: Have your husband traveling out side of china?
Me: Pardon?
VO: Have your husband traveling out side of china?
Me: yes, he has been to Spainish
VO: For want?
Me: his employer sent him for studying technology.
VO: when did you graduate?
Me: Jul,1990.
VO: what did you do after that?
Me: I have been working as a computer technical officer at the state taxation office since 1990 and as a part time English and network teacher since 1999.
VO: why do you want to study this year?
ME: because I am fully prepared to face the new challenge this year.
VO: Who will pay your stay?
Me: my husband and myself.
VO: anything to add?
ME: it is very nice to tale with you.
VO: would you please wait outside?
ME: OK, madam.
我又转过身来，说：I got a scholarship Madam.
她把OFFER 下的scholarship offer翻了一下。
再叫回来就是拒签。她说我可以申诉
拒信：
However, I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet the requirements of paragraph 57, in particular:
You intend to g\follow the course
Because:

You state that you have decided to study in UK because you can complete your chosen course in one year, and that because you are a mature student, time is of great importance to you. However, I note that you have previously applied to study in US where your course will take twice the length of time it will take in the UK. In the light of this I do not c##被过滤##ider t\your reas##被过滤## for deciding to study in UK are credible. Furthermore you have made little effort to research the availability of your course inside the UK. Such a lack of knowledge and preparation does not dem##被过滤##trate a genuine interest and commitment to the course and I am not therefore satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you intend to follow the course. Your continued determination to apply for entry clearance to UK or elsewhere leads me to conclude that travel outside China is of more importance to you than the opportunity to further your education.

我个人感觉这个VO就是在无理取闹
到底是什么使她认为你去英国的目的仅仅是出国开阔眼界而不是学习呢？
起码从你和的对话中看不出来你有除学习以外的其他出国动机
是不是你的材料中有什么东西给她这样一个明显的感觉呢
可是无论如何单凭感觉就拘签实在没有道理

2签的时候在课程和学业方面多做做文章，尽量在学习计划中表明你是求学而不是开眼界的。
多抽出时间想想VO会问你关于出国动机的问题，以及自己该怎么回答。有时候说的多也不是一件好事，因为可能在你回答的时候给VO造成一个印象。因为你的HUSBAND出国，你也出国
不要怕2签！不就是在完成一签的基础上再签一次么？

我其实签美国的时候不知道英国的硕士只需要一年时间，如果早知道，我不会去签美国的。
因为我也不愿离开老公太久

我觉得二签应该会顺利，因为我见到好几个二签的，都是第一次的理由并不充分，第二次很快就过了。好好准备一下二签吧。祝你顺利

其实我真的只想读书，我和丈夫都有技术移民的资格，但是我们从未申请，因为我们从未有移民的打算，如果英国没有一流的教学体制，我不能在那里受到良好的教育，对我来说去那里是没有意义的。

那你可以说说你读这个专业对你将来有什么好处啊，比如好工作、高职高薪之类
要让VO明白没好处你是不会去白花时间和金钱的
我也2签过的，第一次也是有点刁难我，第二次就很程序化，很简单
别灰心，加油~~~

我都写在学习计划里了，可是她就是不问。主要还是我年龄大，工作多年，没有孩子，女性，所以VO觉得我想去英国改变命运。
其实我有很好的家庭，有很爱我的老公，老公在国内IT有一定实力。我真的是只想通过读书提高自己，实现自己的人生理想，也以免与老公距离太大

8月 5 号13号窗,旅签
锯签理由:不相信我的公司给我提供的请假证明上的时间(后得知我门人事部忘记了我请假的时间40天,给调查人提供了大概时间,并让他打电话到总经理那里核实以下) 可是签证官却一口咬定说是15天,并切认为我不在我所提供的公司上班,说我撒谎!并且不允许上诉!!太冤了!恨不得把我们人事部经理杀了!
而我提供的一切都是真的
各为认为应该怎么办?

我的情况和你是一样的，已婚，年龄大，女性，没有孩子，但我还是签过了，所以我觉得只是那个vo那天心情不好。你调整好心态，相信二签是没有问题的。祝你好运。
