Remindiing: The Link in Lancaster is horrible.

I have signed the mobile contract with The Link in the town center last October. They put insurance on my contract without informing me. When I found it in January, I cancelled it and they promised to give me three-month's insurance refund. Till today, in May, I have't got anything back. I have been to the shop to check with the staff there. They can't do anything helpful. The manager in the shop is very rude compared signing the contract before.

Remind everyone : Be careful of their trick.
