Senior Legal. Staff Counsel

**, a publicly listed global software company, seeks a Senior Staff Counsel to join its in-house legal team for a position based in its Shanghai office. The Senior Staff Counsel will be resp##被过滤##ible for overseeing all legal issues concerning **’s business operati##被过滤## in China reporting to **’s Vice President, Asia Pacific Counsel in Hong Kong. The successful candidate’s role will focus on drafting and negotiating complex license agreements, technology services agreements, distribution agreements, pricing agreements and other technology and commercial contracts, as well as providing general legal support to ** business units. Candidates should possess technology licensing and commercial contracts experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Some travel will be required. Candidates should have at least four years post qualification experience working in-house at a multi-national corporation or working in an internationally recognized law firm. Fluency in both English and Chinese speaking and writing is a pre-requisite for this role.
