an invitation to a public lecture, presented by His
Excellency, Ambassador Zha Peixin, the Chinese Ambassador to the UK.

The lecture is entitled "China's Development and the World" and it will
be held on Monday 27 February at 1.30 pm in Building 67 (Nursing and
Midwifery), Room 1027. This will be the first in a series of public
lectures planned by the University's Centre for Contemporary China.

We would be delighted if you were able to join us for this event. Please
advise the Centre's assistant, Sue Berger (s.berger@soton.ac.uk) if you
are able to attend.
