求问南安住宿的问题

今天南安的accomodation office 给我发来一个关于住宿的详细分类表格，
还有住宿申请表，里面有好多东西都不懂：

其中，列是“住宿地点”分为：
一、archers road & small halls
1.bencraft court
2.gower hall
3.highfield hall, aubrey & wolfe house
4.romero hall
5.shaftesbury properties
6.st margaret's house
二、glen eyre complex
1.self catered
2.en suite
3.studio flats
4.terrace 2
和
三、wes##被过滤## lane complex
1.edwina house
2.montefiore 1 & 2
3.montefiore 3
4.montefiore 4

申请表中以上的内容是关于halls complex选项的，请问哪个地方的住宿宿舍比较好？
离学校近一些（我在highfield campus的school of electronics and computer science, 看学校的地图，好象是在这个校区的最北边吧？）
或者有其他一些优点的 ？

行是是否有一些设备等，下面几个是什么意思：
en suite facilities 是什么设备？
common romm 和 computer room 是什么地方？还有其他一些music room, shop, games room 是不是有必要呢 ？有的住宿楼没有的
还有 squash court 是什么 ？

最后关于住宿申请表上，我看有3个志愿，可以选择，
room type 里面的 basic, standard, enhanced, en suite, self-contained 是不是一个比一个条件好一些呢 ？

请狼王,人鱼等前辈们帮我回答一下上面的问题，看这个住宿的材料看不明白……

大家能不能帮我看看我的住宿的问题 ——  第一楼 ？？？

lz是什么时候收到这个宿舍的表格的？是在回复后吗，我怎么没有收到呢。

另外，我是读rf的。

我也记不清楚是什么时候收到的，是收到 offer以后是肯定的，好象是我写信问accommodation office要的，你写信问问他们

不过那个上面的内容也不是很详细的…………

他说你申请了具体住宿之后才给你更确切的信息。

再求问以下问题：

1, If I choose to live in the hall of residence, is there only 34 weeks, 39 weeks, or 51 weeks for me? Can I live only in a month(about 4 weeks), after that I will live outside?

2, I don't understand the exact meanings and their differences of Studion Flats, Flats and bedsits, En Suite, Enhanced, and Standard? Can you explain them for me?

3, What are Squash Court, Washbasin? I really don't understand that.

4, Do the fees cover all bills, such as water, electricity, gas, telphone?

5, What is the start date of our accommodation, from the start date of my course (Oct.06,2006), the start of Meet & Greet & Induction Programme 2006 ( Sep.24,2006) or some day else?

6, If I fail in the application of VISA, can you return all of my deposit for accommodation?

这个Meet & Greet & Induction Programme 2006有没有必要参加呢？要报名的话提前多久？申请宿舍一般什么时候申请呢？

我问这么详细，就怕到时候没有好的宿舍了，想早点申请; 其实也无所谓了,宿舍也都差不多,感觉~~

宿舍去了之后再找地方应该也可以了吧,按你的说法^?
