i have a room to let in montefiore,university residence hall. it's the B block, 60 pounds per week. available from 19/12/05. the contract is to the end of June 2006.

60 pounds you have: 1.free bus-link; 2,free internet access 3,you have a half free ntl phone; 4,the flat are fully of english people,75% are ladies who are very kind. so you can learn english. 5,no need to worry about bills. 6,no need to buy toilet tissue. 7,no need to clean the kitchen,a cleaning lady will do it for you.

finally,it's the cheapest uni house. a lot of buses go through wes##被过滤## lane,so it's convenient.

if you think you are able to move in between 16/12/05 and 24/12/05, please contact me.

i can take you to the accommodation office and help you to sign the contract, if you are a first year student,you don't need to pay deposite.

full detailed information:

i went to uni today with the PHD student who wanted the room.

the uni didn't let the PHD student to take it. because they said the room is not for PHD student.

and they don't allow me to find somebody to continue my contract.

they said they will help me to find somebody in Janunary.

so, sorry guys. this room is not available now.
