IM2E是被拒签过再签的时候需要加的申请表，如果你被英国拒签过，再签的时候就要有三张签证申请表，IM2A,IM2S,IM2E。无论被拒几次都只增加这一张表格，特此注明。

E1. Where was the previous application made?
---填签证所在地

E2. When was the previous application made?
---填上一次签证的时间，如果不止一次，就分别列出

E3. Give the reference number of the previous application if known:
---填你护照后面盖的缴费盖上方有一个受理号码，如果不止一个，也是分别列出

E4. Whatwas the purpose of the previous application(eg visit,settlement,study)?
---按要求如实填写

E5. Does the present application differ in any way from the previous application?
---填NO

E6。Do you wish to produce any fresh evidence?
---依次列出这一次签证与上一次有何不同，你改动的材料和补充的材料都一一列出。个人认为，标上序号，按重要至次要位置排列。

E7. DO you wish to change any statements which you made in connection with the previous application?
---填NO

E8. Did you appeal against the previous refusal?
---没有上诉的填NO。E9-E13不用填
---上诉的填YES，然后填E9-E13.

最后，Signature: 签名 ， Date: 日期。
