8。30--1000在马来西亚被拒，附上据签信

8-30也就是马来西亚国庆的前一天，看着所有的人都在快乐的期盼着过节、假期、烟花，也注定了我的痛苦要被别人的开心所夸大。我不是很清楚现在国内的流程，在马来西亚你要先提交材料，然后等待面试，使馆会通知你面试时间，我面签的那一天下午，一共才约了5个人，只有两个签证官（其中一个还是另一个人的替补，我下面会解释），而且面签的顺序与递交材料的事件无关，原则是谁先到谁先领号，按号的顺序签。我前边的4个都是在1号窗口，但是快轮到我的时候，突然开了一个4号窗口，于是我的悲剧就开始了。个人估计可能是因为明天是假期，那个1号窗口的vo想早点回家，所以临时加了一个签证官，所以这个4号vo的态度十分恶劣，除了一句are you feeling well，其它的问题全部是围绕着钱，而且我怀疑他提前根本没看过材料，因为他让我把银行存款的证明挑出来给他，当我拿银行存款证明向他解释的时候，他十分认证的看了每一个文件。最后怪也只能怪自己懒，被拒前不知道上网多看看，结果自己根本不知道银行存款还要解释来源，我以为只要银行就行了。结果被拒了。。。。。。

以下是拒签信：

I am not satisfied, on the balance eof probabilities, that your application meets the requirements of

paragraph 57 of the Immigration rules (HC395), and in particular that;

ii) You are able and intend to follow a recognised full time degree course at a publicly funded institution of further or higher education.

(v) You do not intend to engage in business or to take employment, except part time or vacation work undertaken with the c##被过滤##ent of the Secretary of state for Employment.

(vi) You are able to meet the costs of your course an accommodation and the maintenance of yourself and any dependants without taking employment or engaging in business or having recourse to public funds.

Because

You have stated that you intend to study Art & Design at the University of Sunderland for 3 years. However

you are unaware to the costs of living or those expected other than your accommodation cost. You are unsure to what funds are available and where these funds have come from.

You have also stated that your father whom you allege to be a Manager earning 100,000 YMB per annum, and your Mother is earning 130,000 YMB will fund you. However I note that the income you stated is not c##被过滤##ummate with the income of somebody in their positi##被过滤## in China. Moreover I note that the fixed deposit of 180,000YMB has recently been deposited into the FD account, and you have been unable to present the origins of these funds. I am also unable to verify the documents presented by you, and I am in the view that the funds in your account and the paperwork submitted by you as evidence of funds have been exaggerated for the purpose of this interview.

I can not therefore be satisfied that you will be able to meet the costs of your course and accommodation and the maintenance of yourself without undertaking paid employment, engaging in business or having recourse to public funds.

I am also not satisfied that you will be able to follow a course of full-time study whilst in the United Kingdom

as your Parents will not be able to make the financial contributi##被过滤## towards your education in the United kingdom.
