您好!

We would like to invite you to attend one of our 10 Pre-departure briefings being held in 10 cities(Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Nanjing, Dalian, and Qingdao)across China in June 2016.
我们非常荣幸能够邀请您参加我们于六月在中国的10 个城市(北京，上海，广州，武汉，成都，郑州，长沙，南京，大连，青岛)举办的行前说明会的其中一场。

This is an exciting opportunity for us to provide you with valuable information on how to prepare for your arrival here to study at one of the world`s top universities!
这是一个非常激动人心的机会，我们将帮助你了解如何在一所全英乃至全球知名的大学里开始学习生活，并为你提供大量有价值的信息为你做好准备!

The Pre-departure Briefing will enable you to find out lots of useful information about travelling to Birmingham; what to do when you arrive at the University; your accommodation; your student visa and much more.
此次伯大行前说明会将为你们提供各种关于大学以及伯明翰城市的有用信息：到达学校需注意事项;宿舍;学生签证等。

It also gives you the chance to meet and make friends with other students who will be studying at the University as well as having the opportunity to meet our alumni (students who have graduated from the university) and ask them questions about their experiences here.
也为你们提供一个很好的机会来结识更多的朋友和同样即将来伯大学习的同学，或者是有机会见到伯大已毕业的校友，并向他们咨询有关伯大学习生活的体验。

Details of the pre-departure presentations, led by Mingya Zong (China Project Manager), Lily Wen (Guangzhou Project Manager) and Julie Zhu (International Officer) are as follows:
