十万火急，求大神解答。。。

今年去读研究生，别人都收到邮件让注册id card ，我没有收到，进官网后发现可以注册邮箱还有computing account但是不能注册id card，显示内容是我还没有被认可为学校成员，但是我连签证都办好了，什么都准备好了，是什么原因呢？着急死了，该如何和学校沟通

网站的原话是：Identity Card request form: Not eligible

You are not recognised as a current member of the University. Only current staff or students can order new or replacement Id Cards via this site.
我是不是还没被学校认可啊？可是我有正式的offer、cas、甚至签证都办好了
