下面这两项什么意思？是指我需要交学校的成绩单而不需要交雅思成绩吗？
Your CAS has been issued on the basis of the following:
This CAS is issued on the basis of satisfactory completion of their programme of study to date at our partner institution XXX as evidenced by academic transcripts issued by that institution.

English language qualification
HEI sponsor has made assessment – you do not need to present any documents as proof of your English language ability to the UKBA.
Migrant holds degree from majority English speaking country – you will need to provide evidence of this qualification in the form of an original certificate confirming the award.
Migrant from majority English speaking country – UKBA will verify this by referring to your passport.

楼主是那种合作办学的么？

如果是普通本科毕业申请英国硕士的话，都是需要提供雅思的
