本科读的是中文，能申请什么专业的硕士呢？

actually what you wanna study is based on your interests. you can certainly apply for subjects which you've never studied before. but if you do this, you need to dem##被过滤##trate in your statement of purpose that you have genuins interest in the field of study. since you study chinese, you might want to proceed pursuing an advanced degree in say, oriental studies or even chinese studies. but you can always choose to study something else.

Thank you for your advice. Now I am an editor in a newspaper and I love this field very much.

Then can you tell me what kind of major can I apply for because the MA in British may be very different from China.

Furthermore, how can I demostrate I have genuis interest in some field which is quite different from my own? Since I can not use articles or papers or GPA.
