关于资金担保表格的问题

学校寄给我的offer中有一个financial garantee的表格,里面除了要填写担保人的资料外,似乎还要银行盖章?原文是这样的:

This guarantee should, if possible, be contersigned on behalf of a bank in the UK, or by an appropriate official such as the eduacation or cultural attache of the appropriate embassy in the UK. The official s##被过滤##p should also be used in the space provided below.

不太明白这段话,是要盖什么章呢?
