finding housemate!

i have found out a nice house (three rooms) near campus (about 10 mins by bike), which is new decorated. There is a double-bed room available. We are looking for a single housemate to share. The rental is £200 per month, NOT including bills (1 year contract, from the 1st of Sept). Internet will be installed.
