拿回我所有材料的时候,

发现签证管只收走了 (VAF-1元件,学生问卷元件,OFFER的复印件,TOEFL成绩单的复印件,##被过滤##复印件件和公ZJ的复印件,##被过滤##的复印件和公ZJ的复印件,父母的工作证明复印件和翻译件,存单复印件,存款证明的复印件),其他复印件和翻译的复印件都退会给我了.

由此我推想,学生问卷和VAF-1表格不需要再复印了

还有,重点材料其实就是资金.

还有个人情况都不一样,所以我的LIST有的部分不一定适用大家的.

至于顺序安排,可以自己考虑,感觉合理就可以,没必要千篇一律

1,VAF-1表格的填写问题

SECTION 1

我填写了VISTOR 1 YEAR STUDENT

但有些人没填VISTOR 1 YEAR也一样过了，所以我觉得这个无所谓,关键是要填写上

STUDENT

SECTION 2

2.1 张（****）小（****）ZHANG XIAO (其实无固定格式的)

2.2 护照号码

2.3出生日期:03 MARCH ,1980]

2.4出生地点:不用太详细,我就写到省

2.5 国籍 CHINESE

2.8和2.9按2.1格式写就可以

2.10和2.11我写的中英文的地址.

2.12 86-(0)412-82222222

2.14只有这个EMAIL地址我用小写写的,其实都无所谓,

SECTION 3

由于我没结婚,这部分除3.5填了NO之后,其他全都空着,也没填什么N/A之类的.

SECTION 4

按实际情况填写就可以,不适用的地方都空着

5.1按实际写

5.2你打算走的时间,签证后开学前任何哪天都可以.

我去年毕业,待业一年,但我在6.1-6.7着一部分什么都没填写,就空着了.

SECTION 7和SECTION 8都空着就可以

以上是我写的,可能有的罗嗦了,但我就这样写的,也过了,大家可根据自己情况参考一下.

除了EMAIL地址全都大写的

本人名字,父母名字需要写电码和中文,且在姓下面用笔划一个横线(这个要求是签证使馆门前贴的,请不要再问找不到要求写的信息了.)电码的查询在我们的网站上部兰色写的"有用工具"当中就有电码查询服务.

地址最好写上中文和英文

请填写您的教育背景资料 – 学习时间、就学地点以及取得的学历WP。

我是从小学写到了大学,呵呵,其实无所谓,他们只写了大学的也一样过了.

再好象没什么值得说的,就仔细写,仔细思考就可以了,这个我觉得很重要,尽量详细.

我觉得有学生问卷的话可以不写学习计划了.

发一下我的学生问卷,大家参考一下.

3.护照和照片的问题

三张照片,淡色底的护照照片就可以,一张帖在VAF-1表格上,另两张用别针别在护照顶上就可以.

护照最后一页的签字我写的英文,但我觉得写什么都无所谓的.

注意:广州据说必须是白色底了,但我当时在北京是淡兰色底也收了,不知道现在规定如何?

但建议最好用白色底!

可以在网上下,也可以自己做一个,简单说明一下,

下面那个模板就是我自己按照OFFER上的费用总和估计的费用,

我又在学校网页上下了一些辅助生活费材料,

合起来就组成了这项.

只要英文就可以

此项没有也可以,不是必须的

7.中的b 和c估计大家都不适用,所以不要考虑它们了.

解释一下原因,由于我身份证号码和别人重复,所以我的号码就改了，这样就和TOEFL成绩单上的ID NO.不一样了,这两项就是来说明这个问题的.
