求教，关于纽卡付学费的问题?

在看学校邮件过来的offer是发现学费是可以分两次付的，一半开学付，另一半一月份付。

但是后面有这么一句话，If you are responsible for payment of any or all of your tuition fees, and you wish to pay your tuition fees in full before or at the time of registration, you will be eligible for a 2% discount on the proportion of fees for which you are personally liable,
是说如果一次性付学费可以折扣2%么？有点没搞明白，求教有经验人士和学长学姐们。

是的，你可以拿到几百磅的优惠，况且个人不建议分期，大部分的分期付款都是要算利息的，除非一次性付款有难处。。。或者第一笔款付后，剩下的余款拿去投资，收益高于下次付款金额和利息的和，否则还是推荐一次性付清，虽然利息上还是有点损失。。。
