Stocks and Securities:

In 1999, My mother open an RMB100,000 of account with my name in Yinhe Securities Corporation, but till now because the Stock Market has always depressed, so this account only has Stocks valued RMB 65,758.

In 2001, My mother open an RMB 50,000 of account with her name in Yinhe Securitis Corporation, till now there are still Stocks valued RMB38,210.

I have the certificate of the Stock Transaction to indicate it.

In 01July,2004, my mother bought 3-year National Securities Valued RMB 50,000 in Bank of China.
