2.A(留学也是一项投资，如果投入的过多和产出不成正比的话，就有点得不偿失)。
3.A（最吸引我的还是英国城市的古典氛围，其实美国也不错。可是和英国比起来，怎么说呢......觉得英国更像贵族，而美国有点像暴发户。哈哈哈哈......）
