在北京签没有什么表格在需要填了，交材料时很快的，原件可以放在你自己带的夹子里，复印材料必需放在外头，不需要夹子的。

纳税证明就上税务局开，因为我妈是定额税，所以没有财务帐。国税和地税都开了。
