我有一单人间，7月20多号可以入住。

在city centre 附近，步行到high street 7 mins walk,价钱170胖子（此价钱absolutely fair enough)。此栋house加你共6个人，房间的housemate都很友善，都是中国学生。

此房间设施：一个沙发，写字台，衣橱，单人床，书架。bt宽带(10pounds/pm)

公共设施齐全，一个bathroom.
