On-Line Payments
The University offers an online payment facility where students may choose to pay using either a credit/debit card.
Paying online is the preferred payment method and the university requests that financial arrangements are finalised prior to those students’ arrival at the university.
By Post
Post the payment to: Income Section, Finance Office, Hazlerigg, L o u g h b o r o u g h University, Ashby Road, L o u g h b o r o u g h, Leicestershire, LE11 3TU. Make cheques and bankers drafts payable to L o u g h b o r o u g h University and kindly quote the student ID and name on the reverse of the cheque.

By Direct Debit
Download and print Direct Debit Financial Options Payment Form 2010-11
One third of the tuition fee charge and that term's full accommodation charge are payable on the 30th November 2010, the 28th January 2011 and the 13th May 2011.
There is no charge for paying fees by direct debit. Direct Debit forms are available from the Income Office, Hazlerigg.
Please note: some charges such as charges for fines, course materials, registration fees, field trips, and extra nights in hall and chemistry locker deposits cannot be paid by direct debit and must be paid by some other payment method.
In person
Pay in person at the Income Office, which is located on the ground floor of the Student Services Building (Administration 2 Building). This building is on Margaret Keay Road, in the centre of the campus. Try and avoid paying this way, as there can be large queues.
