1、申请表要彩色打印吗？
2、姓名是写：中文，拼音，电码吗？拼音是否大写？
3、我的资助人是父亲，外公，都要写上吗？出生日期，地点两个都要写吗？
4、issue and expiry dates是指护照的签发时间吗？
5、how long du you intend to stay in the uk? 写about a year 行吗？
6、please give any conditi##被过滤## the institution has on accepting you
----是填conditional offer吗？
7、how many hours of organised daytime study will you attend the institution each week? ----怎么找？
8、他问你以获得的教育证书----可我还没毕业，怎么填？能填本科吗？
