各位大侠:
大家好!我和我的朋友的拒签信如下,请各位帮忙看看,这种情况能否进行2000,我们该怎么去准备?
The first refused letter:
You have applied for an entry clearance of 1 Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode to the United Kingdom as a Student for 2 years.
However, I’m not satisfied on the balance of probabilities, the you meet the requirements of Paragraph 57, in particular:
You are able and intend to follow the course.
You are able to meet the costs of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds.
Because:
You state you have studied English in preparation for your studies in the UK but you are unable to speak any English beyond the very basics and you have no evidence of your English studies here.
I am therefore not satisfied that you have taken English classes in preparation for your studies in the UK. I c##被过滤##ider it reasonable to expect you to have taken at least some classes in English to prepare for your studies, and that this reflects very poorly upon your commitment to your studies in the UK.
You stare you have compared your propose course to other courses available in the UK, but you cannot explain why you chose to follow the course rather than one of the others. I c##被过滤##ider it reasonable that, if you were genuinely looking at your studies as way of improving your qualificati##被过滤## and futhering your career, you would be able to tell me why you prefersed your chosen course to the others.
You cannot explain the difference between your proposed course in the UK and a course available to you here in China. I c##被过滤##ider it reasonable for you to have some knowledge of similar courses available in China, for you to have made an informed decision about going to the UK to study.
Such a lack of knowledge and preparation does not dem##被过滤##trate a genuine interest and commitment to the course and I am therefore not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you are able and intend to follow the course.
Given my doubt explained below regarding your ability to fund the course and your living expenses while studying in the UK, I c##被过滤##ider this reflects poorly upon your inten##被过滤## to follow your proposed course in the UK.
The cost of your tuition, maintenance and accommodation is to be borne by your parents. You have stated that your parents receive an annual income of 100,000 RMB from their jobs in a cement company in Dalian, but this statement is not supported by the documents you have provided. I am not satisfied that this income has not been exaggerated solely for the purpose of this application or that the income certificate has not been produced solely for the purpose of this application. I’m not satisfied, bases on the documents you have presented today, that your parent’s income is as high as you state.
Funding your education will impose and additional financial burden upon your parents and I am not satisfied that this increased financial outlay is commensurate with their current economic circumstances and that such funds will actually be available o you in the United Kingdom. Therefore I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you able to meet the cost of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds.
