我想在读研究生课程之前系统地提高一下英语的整体水平，有什么好的语言学校在英国？推荐一下。并给与一些指导性的建议。

选择英国南部，--口音问题

学费要贵，--便宜的好货不多

英格兰整体口音总体差别不是很大，北部个别地区稍严重一些！但总要比苏格兰好，我在爱丁堡火车站买汉堡的时候根本没听懂人家说什么（可能是因为我很倒霉，别的朋友去爱丁堡的时候似乎没有碰到我这种情况）。

Cannot understand the local people's words, it s not good stuff,

but it is not avoid, although i need time to accept the accent.

nobody likes to chat with me, if u donot understand their words, they do believe that it s not useful to talk to me. not all people here. some one are.

how about the accent in the south of England.

i think it is better than the accent in the north of england.
