To our British friends...We are Chinese students in Southampton University. We listen to your music. We watch your TV programs. We pay you the ##被过滤##ing money. But our basic rights even security could not be guaranteed. One of us was injured by teenagers in the campus. Some students were robbed by your kids on the way home. Please respect yourself if you regard yourself as civilized people.

From now on, we refuse to pay the tuition fees for this semester. We will keep on doing something else - no matter positive or negative but within the law - until our rights are guaranteed.

I admire ur  courage and willingness. I am not sure if the harassment aims to Chinese only, but the evidence showed that Chinese were most of their targets. To act individually is always not a good solution, especially by painless emails.  

However, it might worth trying in another way. What do you guys think we amend the letter with detailed evidence and a set of requirements, send off to whom it may concern with all our signatures and indicate a deadline? If it couldn't be sorted out during the time limit given, we'd adopt more severe acti##被过滤##, such as strike? What we need now is not only courage and willingness, leadership and team spirit is also crucial. By the way, where is that Chinese Student Union going?

我写的只是模板，有‘语法’错误，而且有些生气－因为刚刚被一帮小孩子欺负了，内容你们当然可以更改。看了大部分和维权有关的帖子，热闹了一阵就不见了下文。我的目的只有一个，希望以此为起点，中国学生能够维护自身的权益，因为发觉自己和绝大多数中国人一样太自私太木讷了。不要跟我谈什么理想化和政治问题，我不关心，我只想在中国人多的学校（比如南安）寻找到一些安全感而已。难道我的要求还过分吗？？想必人鱼姐姐当初也受过歧视吧，你们是怎么回应的呢？或许当初中国人还少，西方人觉得稀奇或者那些欺负我的小孩子还不会走路吧！

那天早上走路去上学，路上有很厚的积雪，在university road 和burgress road交汇处，一帮小孩子专门拿雪球打中国中国学生。除了我，我还看到两个中国男生被打了，还有一些人选择绕到而行！

不管给谁，都是只会得到一份非常热情、客气、礼貌，但是完全不会有任何实质内容的答复信。

谁能约束那些小孩？可以说没有。他们有未成年人保护法。而且，就算JC能抓到具体的人，法院也判定他们行为失当，你以为他们那些只靠救济金维生度日的监护人能够赔偿什么？？

中国留学生对于英国ZF而言有两点诱惑：
1、自费留学生所付的高额学费、生活费。
2、拿全奖的留学生为英国ZF在专业上所作出的“贡献”——说白了，就是他们被英国ZF低价买来的劳动成果。
所以，这么看来，英国ZF并不牛，只是我们来到这个国度时都有或多或少的过于谦恭的情节，所以，才会觉得气短、气软。
所以，这样看来，英国ZF还是有求于我们的，那么，如果失掉了上述两点的好处，英国ZF也会很着急的，要不，布莱尔为什么要增加学费。
再所以，这种内容的信直接发给ZF或是管教育的部门就好了，我以为虽然我们算不上什么衣食父母，但西方人对经济利益更为关注一些。
以上愚见仅供参考。同时，希望所有在南安的xdjm们挺直了腰杆，壮足了胆，咱不欠他们什么，是他们拿了我们的钱。

同意，不过我的英语太烂，呵呵，还得靠牛人。不过我觉得带脏话还是不妥的！我觉得这封信可以有多种版本的，中心意思不变就好，最主要的是南安能够有‘较多’的中国学生把它发到有‘利害关系’的部门，让他们痛一痛，痒一痒。

楼主mm哪里去了，不是在家里哭鼻子吧，呵呵。
