为什么我的offer没有要我去上语言班阿？？？？？急问

我收到了durham的international banking and finance 的offer ，conditi##被过滤## 是Successful completion of your Bachelor degree with a final result equivalent to a UK 2:1 honours degree?还有IELTS 6.5(writing 要6.0)，在offer上学校没有说叫我去读语言班阿，这是不是说我一定要在国内拿到6.5才能去读阿？望各位兄弟姐妹指点迷津，deadline 就要到了阿。我雅思才6.0。
还有就是什么是UK 2:1 honours degree啊，我发邮件去问，那个MSc Secretary却说Please note that you only have to successfully complete your Bachelor degree.有哪位知道这是什么意思吗？

那句话的意思就是，你的语言已经达到要求，不用读语言了。

我也是啊，要求我TOEFL580，TWE5，但是我的TWE只有4.5，CON OFFER上又没提语言班的事，我前几天发信去问，秘书回了这么一段话：
Before we can make an amendment to the English Language condition/s attached to your offer with reference to the above course, we will need to see an original copy of your TOEFL certificate. Upon receipt of the certificate, I will contact the Department directly to confirm if they are happy for you to attend a language course offered by the University. You will then be notified in writing of any change in conditi##被过滤##.
请问是什么意思啊？是不是说还可能会拒我啊？怕怕……
