我也不晓得这算不算收到con-offer(Leeds)

今早 收到LEEDS发来的邮件(专业[url=]MSc Engineering Project Management[/url])  Con的条件中有这么一条 看不明白
*The offer is conditional upon   our receiving two academic references being satisfactory to the University.   (References should be an original document on official headed paper from the   issuing institution).

谁能解释一下???

还有一下几段话 又是啥意思???
Original or certified true copies of academic   documentation submitted with a taught postgraduate application must also be   produced to the University at the point of registration.

We advise that you send us your original or university   certified true copies as soon as you can.  You can do this from the point   of receiving your offer letter from us.  

You will not be able to register with the University until   your original or certified true copies have been verified.  Therefore if   you send them to us before you arrive you will avoid delays in your   registration process.
