There are hundreds of examples of bad parking on the streets of London every day, but traffic wardens were convinced they have now seen the worst. A red car was left upside down on a double yellow line in Regent's Park. It had traffic police reaching for their ticket books but posed a bigger problem for towing companies wanting to tackle the vehicle, the Daily Mail of London reported. Some say it may be some kind of modern art project, as the car doesn't even have a dent in it, despite its position.(See photo)
