怎么学校查看宿舍申请的那个网页打不开了。。。

刚刚想看看宿舍情况，但是之前的网页打不开了，就是以前申请宿舍的那个网页，提示说
Web Configuration Failure - Web Site is currently out of service

This Web Site is currently unavailable and is either undergoing maintenance or temporarily out of service.

The database connection is unavailable. Please wait while we attempt to reconnect you or try again later.
