淡定淡定，我的中介也负责住宿申请这一块，所以都由他们来帮我安排了，之前扫描了合同过去说不合格，今天也把合同快递过去了，押金250胖子说是用来防止你毁坏屋内物品的，如果最后退房的时候没有东西坏掉，就全额退给你，500胖子貌似是学校收的，到那注册后就退给你了。我比较迷惑究竟GH离上课的地方有多远，以及我的宿舍究竟是在几楼

我也奇怪为什么会被分到GH，这位同学，你接受OFFER了么？

同是GH，我的情况也很复杂。
我发了扫描件给他，他说可以接受我的offer，我的offer is secure, 但是at risk. 除非我把全额住宿金付给他。
我当然不高兴啦，感觉他们像个骗钱的，而且我签证也还没签出。
大家发现了没，其他宿舍都是@ncl.ac.uk结尾的，就这个GH的不是。很怀疑被拐了。。。。

昨天听说GH离主校区其实不太远的，但愿是真的~

大家分到GH的，都要淡定的接受宿舍管理不是Newcastle University来进行的现实了，对于以后住宿费怎么交？
我写了邮件询问：
It got me confused that I still need to pay for ￡4,662.00 on the IBAN payment form，which the Mansion Student（Garth Heads） that give to me. Since I have already paid ￡500.00 to Newcastle University for Accommodation deposit payment at June.

And now the Mansion Student ask me to pay ￡250.00 for  Security Deposit. If i have paid the ￡250.00 for  Security Deposit, I should only pay for at last ￡3,912.00 at September 2010.

1 Why is at last ￡3,912.00? Because I have paid ￡500.00 Accommodation fee to Newcastle University, and will be pay ￡250.00 for Security Deposit to Mansion Student in this week , so they should cut from the whole ￡4,662.00 Accommodation fee.

2 And as you told me that accepted my offer of accommodation online is not available for offers of accommodation at Garth heads. How can I choose pay for the whole money by month/period or one time for both with the 2% discount？ Please let me know.

3 Or can you give Mansion Student ￡250.00 for  Security Deposit from the ￡500.00 Accommodation fee I have paid to Newcastle University, and I still look forward the solution of my payment from your order.

Dear sir/madam, please contact with Mansion Student about my payment issue immediately . Please show me your professional way to treat these problems, and make both of us happy. I am so proud that I can be part of Newcastle University, not depart from it.  I need your help.

我的邮件后来学校给回了：

As you have been offered accommodation in a Partnership Scheme at Garth Heads, they unfortunately work in a different way to the University.

As you are a non UK student and cannot provide a guarantor - payment must be made in full including the deposit and connection fee.  This payment must be made direct to Mansion Group to secure your room.

In order to accept the offer of accommodation, you need to return all the documents that were enclosed in your offer email along with payment.  You do not have the opportunity to pay in instalments.  There is also no 2% discount as the rents have been discounted to Newcastle students in the first instance.

With regards to the £500 application fee payment that you have already paid, upon receipt of full payment to Mansion Group and after your arrival at the accommodation, we will arrange a refund of this fee in full.

所以这事情就很无聊了，估计500镑里还要扣除电汇的手续费，so，到手的就不是500镑了。2 大家就淡定的按照顺序来定吧，好心情！！！

The accommodation Garth Heads is not University owned accommodation but they do hold an agreement with us which allows them to allocate rooms in our property.   This is why the payments you make for it are to Mansion Property Management and not the University.



Your rent should be paid within 7 days of the date of the offer as it states on the tenancy agreement.
