[原创]管理类好书推荐

我是比较喜欢买书的那种人，经常在amazon.co.uk上面逛来逛去，大概一周要超过3小时。来了英国之后读书是个问题，书贵，真tmd贵。不过看到了英文原版的书，而且比我想象的还好。学管理的要写很多文章，argue的时候没有书肯定吃亏，所以书还是要看的。说了这么多废话，其实就是给大家推荐几本书，大家可以到图书馆看看有没有。

第一贴

在学Effective Organisation 的时候，老师问我们“什么对现在的企业（组织）最重要“，很多答案，有的人说“是不是能够为客户提供最好的服务“，我想了想说“组织自适应能力和组织学习能力“，然后老师说你是不是看了“《第五项修炼》“，我说“是，但是不是很明白“。老师笑了笑……

所以第一贴我就像介绍一下第五项修炼 The fifth discipline. Peter M. Senge 著

“from a very early age, we are taught to break apart problems, to fragement the world. This appartently makes complex tasks and subjects more manageable, but we pay a hidden , enormous price. We can no longer see the c##被过滤##equences of out acti##被过滤##; we lose our intrinsic sense of connection to a larger whole" P3 Senge, 1990

自幼我们就被教导把问题加以分解，把世界拆成片片段段来理解。这显然能够使复
杂的问题容易处理，但是无形中，我们却付出了巨大的代价——全然失掉对“整体”的
连属感，也不了解自身行动所带来的一连串后果。

这是senge写在第一章的话，不难看出他在让我们注意，我们大多数人都没有用系统思维整体地看待世界。

“Forget your tired old ideas about leadership. The most successful corporation of the 990s will be something called a learning organization."  P4 财富杂志的话语被圣吉因用到了他的书中。

第一项修炼：自我超越（Personal Mastery）
第二项修炼：改善心智模式（Improving Mental Models）
第三项修炼：建立并同愿景（Building Shared Vision）
第四项修炼：团体学习（Team Learing）
第五项修炼：系统思考（Systems Thinking）

对《第五项修炼》再补充一句，个人感觉自己学习上面有问题的最好看看，对自己思维的改善好好的说。我觉得其中的“自我超越“和“团体学习“对于我们个人学习和teamwork都是有益的。

如果研究战略或学习战略，有一个人的作品是不能忽视的，Henry Mitzberg。

他的profile 会出现在管理名家明仁介绍中，有兴趣可以查阅

在此要推荐的书是：

这本书的名字从字面上理解就是战略之旅，书中的第一章作者说到:"we are the blind people and strategy formation is our elephant". 在该章节的开始引用了盲人摸象的故事。

全书用十章 school of thought 来从不同方面不同角度谈战略，最后一章从整体上面看问题。
