The following entry requirements must be satisfied prior to admission to
the MSc in Communication Systems and Signal Processing:

1. A minimum of a BEng II i in your first degree, in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering Mathematics

N.B. candidates with a lower class of degree, or equivalent qualificati##被过滤##
may, under certain circumstances, be admitted if they can dem##被过滤##trate their
potential for higher degree work. These certain circumstances include holding
othervocational qualificati##被过滤##, presenting
published work, or offering relevant work experience.

2. A minimum GPA of 3.7/4.0 or a minimum percentage mark of >85%  from
recognised universities in PR China

3. A language test score of > 6.0 in the IELTS test, or a TOEFL score of >570
(paper based testing) or >230 (computer based testing).

4.A guarantee of funding must be received by the Faculty Postgraduate
Admissi##被过滤## Administrator before registration can be permitted. This guarantee
must be that all course fees can be paid and that the student or his/her
parents/sp##被过滤##ors can cover all living costs while in Edinburgh for a year.

Unfortunately Edinburgh University has no scholarships for the MSc course.

The course will not start until October 2004, and we do not expect to be
making decisi##被过滤## until some time next year. All other taught MSc degrees
offered can be viewed at
www.see.ed.ac.uk/postgrad/taughtdeg/, as can our prospectus.

请问各位我申请ＥＥ，可我的本科成绩只有80，TOEFL583，信的意思是不是说我没戏了？？
还有据说 Edinburgh会提供注册号，可是我没有，是不是更没戏了？？

平均分要求那么高啊??要85以上??
